"...doesn't take much to rip us into pieces..."

I took this picture last year on Boxing Day because I was thinking of the earthquakes that had caused the tsunami earlier that morning that took tens of thousands of people's lives. How devastating it must have been for that to happen practically in the middle of Christmas, when theres supposed to be so much peace and love shared with our friends and family everywhere in the world. Not for them, and not for everyone that it affected directly either.

So in this picture, there's a little bit of christmas, a little bit of destruction, and a little bit of Tori Amos thrown in there as well.

Because, hell. It seems like we get ripped to pieces a little more each day.

this has such a powerful message and has such beautiful colors.

My mom met a guy that was some 10 miles away from the farthest inland village hit and saw everything that happened. It was a horrible story to hear, but to see it would be life changing.

You are amazing sweetie. I love this
